I’ve had a few briskets, steaks, ribs, but Memorial weekend I came in and picked up 3 racks of preseasoned St. Louis style ribs. Normally this is frowned up when I’m smoking meat at home, but these were delicious and came out perfect. Only spritzed with apple juice/apple cider vinegar. Will continue to buy my grilling and smoking meats from here.
