The Carolina Butcher Shop offers the best meat and chicken in the Triangle; locally grown and always fresh. They also carry homemade sausages, an incredible blend of ground bacon burger, an assortment of fresh and frozen vegetables, seafood, and local spices, sauces, and jams. The staff is always friendly and often offer to carry bags to your car. This small Veteran-owned store is a hidden treasure. Great folks!

Best meat and prices around, not to mention helpful staff! They often have special, pre-seasoned meats and concoctions that are always fantastic. I’ve never been dissatisfied with the selection or quality and love supporting local!

I’ve had a few briskets, steaks, ribs, but Memorial weekend I came in and picked up 3 racks of preseasoned St. Louis style ribs. Normally this is frowned up when I’m smoking meat at home, but these were delicious and came out perfect. Only spritzed with apple juice/apple cider vinegar. Will continue to buy my grilling and smoking meats from here.
